Ruby Is a Star

Ruby is the most valuable variety of the corundum mineral species, which also includes Sapphires and can command the highest per-carat price of any colored stone. It is a colorless mineral. However, other elements may fall into it and develop within it. Chromium is the element that creates the beautiful reds we so adore. The more Chromium in it, the deeper the red.

I recently learned that lasers actually use mineral crystals such as the Ruby to focus beams of light. This shows that the claims made by people of minerals and crystal having transformative effects may just be absolutely true. Definitely, we need more research!

It’s interesting to remember that it is essentially a red Sapphire. Sapphires come in every color except for red. They share the same exact properties! Why they didn’t call it a Sapphire is beyond me.

Ancient Ruby

The beautiful color of the Ruby is associated with passion. It has been treasured throughout our history and loved by everyone. In ancient India, it was called the “ratnaraj” or the “king of precious stones.” Records show that Rubies were being sold along the Silk route in China as early as 200 B.C.

It’s name comes from the word ruber which means red.

Passionate Ruby

The Ruby is associated with passion and love. It is also associated to beauty and wisdom. The stone is also associated with blood. It is a symbol of nobility and royalty.

Magical Ruby

In Burma, well-known for its exquisite Rubies, warriors carried them into battle because they felt it made them invincible. Hindus used them for protection, as well as the Chinese who decorated their weapons with them.ruby, passion, prosperity, tesoros jewelry, necklace, choker, natural, gemstones

According to folklore, a Ruby’s color would darken when it sensed danger. It is also known as the stone of courage. Wearing the stone on the left, the heart side, would allow them to live peacefully. No one could hurt you and take what is yours. Rubies would protect even their homes from storms.

The stone energizes the base chakra so it stimulates the flow of life-force energy or chi through the body.

Ruby Helps

Rubies were attributed the ability to preserve mental and physical health. They are said to be good for the heart, brain, and memory. In the thirteenth century, powdered Ruby was used to cure liver problems. They were also attributed the ability to counteract poison. Nowadays, they would be even more popular because the stones were thought to restore youth and vitality. It also increases energy.

Ruby and Your Home

One way to gain the benefits of the Ruby is to place it in strategic places in you home. If you want to activate love, place it southwest in your home. If you wish for luck, place it in an area in the northeast .

You can also display one in your workspace because it will boost your self-confidence and dispel any fears you may have. It will bring about positive vibrations that will bring on success and prosperity.

If your home is lacking harmony, it could bring in positive energies to improve your relationships.
