Tesoros’ High Security

In January of this year, I wrote about SSLs and what they were. I tried to be as informative as possible because I love connecting information that I find useful to others! Today I write because I want to reiterate the security of Tesoros Jewelry.

I can rest assured of this! From the very beginning, even years ago and inexperienced, I wanted security to be at the forefront of anything to which I added my name or my brand. It has always been important to me.

security, tesoros, jewelry, internetI looove shopping online! It is not only convenient, but it makes the ability to shop for better prices invaluable. One thing that changes that for me is SSL. Simply put, if I do not see an SSL I know that their security is easily compromised and I will not shop there.

In this day and age, internet commerce has matured and very seldom will you find a shop that is not secure. However, they do exist. Not Tesoros!

Shop With Confidence

My entire website uses HTTPS (connection security). My website’s server uses a certificate to prove the website’s identity to browsers as well as to my customers. This is shown by the use of a green lock. However, my homepage does not show the green lock.  Why?

Well, because there is nothing that can compromise my customers or me! No identifiable information, no passwords, no credit card data… so it is perfectly safe to browse and use it as your guide. But, it is still HTTPS and it has a valid certificate.

Commenting on my blog is secure! It has HTTPS full on security so comment away and leave me your thoughts!

Then comes my e-commerce site!!!!! I am using the platform ECWID for the shop section of my website.Security, internet, tesoros, jewelry Their platform comes with their own SSL certificate and it is secure for the acceptance of payments and other sensitive information.

It was my choice to secure the rest of my site with an added SSL. Like I said before, it was not necessary since there is no sensitive information being exchanged, but I felt this would add another layer of security for my visitors.

So, Tesoros is a very secure site!

So, What do you think?
